We know its probably an obvious one, but do an online face-call with friends and family (you can FaceTime, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts, Skype et - these are largely free to do, and any problems google 'how to' there are literally dozens of videos available)
For PepTalk clients ... join our virtual St Patricks Day Parade on #PepsPics (bonus points for the use of toilet roll as props in your float) and win some super cool swag. For non-clients, use the hashtag #PepsAlternativePaddysDay and also be in with a chance fo wining some dreamy PepTalk Swag!
Hold a green/healthy bake-off. Design your Paddys day smoothie, whip up a tray of Paddys day cakes or cookies (ah sure for the day that's in it, don't worry too much about being healthy just have some fun creating them)
Get Old Skool with board games, jigsaws OR if you haven't any have a look online, there are tonnes that are free games sites including : https://www.jigidi.com/
Leave a 'Paddys Care Care Package' on the doorstep of either an elderly/vulnerable neighbour OR a family member. Ring the bell and then leave them to their wonderful surprise (don't forget to leave a note with it)
Dress up your pets as 'St Patrick' or his snakes and post their pics online. We are pretty sure no one doesn't like pets! But obviously be careful and don't put your pet in any outfit they don't want to be in or would harm them.
Create some art or something memorable (such as a time vault) - lets reconnect with our inner child, with skills we used to enjoy. So try some collage, painting, drawing, line drawings, sculpting with clay OR build a cool family time vault to open in St Patricks Day 2030.
Show your gratitude - go online and share some love, give some random kind messages to people you don't know, follow hashtags and offer some hope for those who are less fortunate or having a challenging time, offer to make calls to anyone struggling OR just call some people you haven't spoken to in a while and say hi OR send them a text/WhatsApp
Gift yourself a DIY spa day - run the bath, pop on a face mask, ask your partner or kids for a foot rub (preferably after you have had the bath) .. whatever stuff you normally put off or don't get to .. treat yo self, sure wouldn't St Patrick have done that for himself or the snakes!
Get all Marie Kondo & help the environment/communities/charities by doing a closet clean-out. Encourage your friends to do the same and set up a swap WhatsApp group whereby you can swap with them OR just pop all your unwanted clothes into a 'recycled' bag for donation to your preferred charity
